Sign in to My Account, then click Update Your Personal Settings on the right hand side of the screen. You can then enter your new email address and save your changes. Your email address is your username on Booksamillion.com, so it's important that you use an active email address when placing orders. We send your order confirmations and customer service communications to the email address specified on your account.
You can change the password associated with your Booksamillion.com account. Sign in to My Account, then click Update Your Personal Settings on the right hand side of the screen. You can then enter your new password and save your changes.
You can edit, delete or add shipping addresses in your Booksamillion.com account. Sign in to My Account, then scroll down on the right side of the page to Manage Address Information.
Sign in to My Account from the top of any page and view the Order History tab. You'll see your most recent orders and their current status, such as "Pending" or "Completed." You may view orders for up to six months. Click the Details button to view more information about the order.
The Details page is where you can make changes to orders. These options are available only for items that are not yet ready to be shipped and will not affect any shipments already in progress. Here are the change options that may be available on your order:
In order to ship as soon as possible, we generally begin processing your order within thirty minutes. You can modify or cancel your order using My Account within this thirty-minute window! We are unable to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
It's very easy to check your Gift Card or E-certificate Balance if you have a BAM.com account set up with us. Sign into your account, scroll down to the Manage Payment section and you will see Gift Card Balance. Enter the PIN # for a Gift Card and the Card number. A PIN is needed for an E-certificate issued after 1/3/2017. Click 'check balance' and your balance will be provided.
