To set up your account, simply place your first order. You'll enter your email address plus billing and shipping information as part of the checkout process. Booksamillion.com stores this information so you don't need to re-enter it each time you shop with us.
Your email address becomes your username, so be sure to enter the same email address each time you shop at Booksamillion.com. You will also be asked to choose a unique password that will allow you to access and change your account information.
You can view your account to check the status of orders you have placed. Your account will also allow you to place future orders quickly and easily.
Each time you place an order you'll have an opportunity to change your account information (for example, if you'd like to use a new credit card or shipping address). You will make these changes during the checkout process.

To view and check the status of your orders, click My Account from the top of any page. After you enter your email address and password you will see the Order History tab. You'll see your most recent orders and their current status, such as "Pending" or "Completed." You may view orders for up to six months. Click the Details button to view more information about the order.
The Details page is where you can make changes to orders. These options are available only for items that are not yet ready to be shipped and will not affect any shipments already in progress. Here are the change options that may be available on your order:

You can change the email address associated with your Booksamillion.com account. Log in to My Account, then view the Account Settings tab. You can then enter your new email address and save your changes.

You can edit, delete or add credit cards in your Booksamillion.com account. Log in to My Account, then view the Payment Options tab.
Please note: Editing a credit card will only apply to future orders, and will not correct previous card errors. To correct a previous card error, please contact our customer support team at 1-800-201-3550.

You can edit, delete or add shipping addresses in your Booksamillion.com account. Log in to My Account, then view the Address Book tab.

You can view or add a Millionaire's Club Discount Card membership number in your Booksamillion.com account. Log in to My Account, then view the Club Card tab.
If you have renewed your Millionaire's Club Discount Card membership in one of our stores, you can apply your membership number to your online account.

To cancel an order, please send an email message to support@booksamillion.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name and order confirmation number in the email. This information will help ensure that we cancel the correct order for you.
We are unable to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
