Some common questions:
Where can I find my gift card number and PIN?
I typed my card number and PIN, but when I try to validate my card I get an error message. What should I do?
When will Booksamillion.com remove money from my gift card?
What if all or part of my order gets cancelled? Will the money be put back onto my gift card?
You can find the gift card number on the back of your gift card underneath the barcode. The PIN is also on the back of your card, but it is hidden under a scratch-off panel. Just scratch off the protective covering with a coin and you can read the four-digit PIN. If you are using an E-Gift Certificate, a PIN is required if it was provided in the email with your card number.
Check to make sure you have typed both numbers correctly and try again. If you continue to have trouble validating your gift card, please contact Booksamillion.com Customer Service via email at [email protected].
As soon as you submit your order, Booksamillion.com will reserve the required amount from your gift card. You can continue to use the same Gift Card in your nearby Books-A-Million, Bookland, or Books & Company bookstore, or to place orders on Booksamillion.com. The amount of money used to place your order will not be available for use elsewhere.
Yes, if all or part of your order gets cancelled, your gift card will be credited back the appropriate amount. This will happen as soon as your order is cancelled, or as soon as all outstanding items on your order have been cancelled and the order has been marked as fulfilled.
