To calculate the number of days it will take to receive your order, consider the number of days it will take us to process and pack your order, plus the number of days it will take the delivery service to handle your order.
The availability of each item is clearly labeled throughout the Booksamillion.com site. You'll find that many items are labeled "ships in 2-3 days" which means that your order will be processed and will leave our warehouse on the second or third day. The number of days required for shipping time depends on the shipping method you select.
For example, if you ordered a book that was available to ship within 2-3 business days, and selected Next Day Air shipping, your total delivery time would be between 3-4 business days (2-3 days to gather, plus 1 business day of shipping time).

For UPS and USPS deliveries, Booksamillion.com is only responsible for a package until the carrier confirms that the order has been delivered. If the tracking information we have for you shows that the order has been delivered, but you have not received your package please contact our Customer Support department at 1-800-201-3550. We will be happy to investigate the matter with the shipper, but we cannot credit orders if the tracking number shows the package as being delivered (with or without signature).
