We are all born with an innate need to better ourselves and to achieve. Why is it then that so few of us manage to do it? The answer is due to the fact the so few of us set goals. Studies have shown that only 3% of the population sets goals for themselves and only 1% regularly checks them. And who makes up the ranks of that 1%? Some of the greatest achievers the world has ever seen.
My name is Makram Shakur and I immigrated to America from Iran many years ago. I have always been thankful for this but my first few years in my new land were difficult. This is how I learned the absolutely necessary process of setting little goals for myself and achieving them. There are so many books out there on this subject but most of them are so long and complicated. Often I would get to the end of a book and I honestly wouldn't know where to start. This is why I developed my own simple 5-step process to setting goals and achieving them. It is this process I share with you in my book.
