This companion to Baby Loves Spring! uses large flaps to reveal some of the best things summer has to offer. One of Katz’s typically pudgy and cherubic babies peeks behind a curtain to see the rising sun; into a beach bag to find her flip-flops, sunglasses, and hat; and under her towel to uncover “My shiny swimming tube!” Reader-directed questions (“Who is hiding behind the tree?”) and the interactivity of the flaps make for an engaging and buoyant summertime adventure.
