About a year ago I was going through a deep depression, I barely wanted to get out of bed. A friend suggested that I start journaling my feelings and thoughts every day. For the next three months I put pen to paper each and every day, I wrote anything and everything that came to mind, it felt amazing. I decided that I was going to take any negative thoughts that I wrote down and find a way to spin them into positives. Slowly but surely I could see my mind shifting toward positive thoughts, not only in my journaling, but in my life.
