"This is CATCH ME IF YOU CAN with two middle fingers raised in the air....[The film] marvels at the impulsive, diabolical brilliance of Steven Jay Russell, a.k.a. 'King Con,' a multi-talented con artist who frustrated and embarrassed detectives and jailers for years." -- Grade: B+ - 12/02/2010 A.V. Club

"With his manic glare, ferociously eager smile, hyperkinetic body language and talent for instant self-transformation, Mr. Carrey has rarely been more charismatic on the screen." - 12/03/2010 New York Times
