Real Housewives of New Jersey star Gorga and her husband, Joe, have become fan favorites due to their unwavering devotion and passion for each other. In this unoriginal relationship guide, Gorga—who prides herself on being “rooted in old school Italian values, while still being a thoroughly modern woman”—shows readers how to have a marriage as successful as her own. She explains how to “dress to please your man” and yourself, and with the help of her makeup artist, she reveals the details of her beauty regimen. In order to keep one’s marriage healthy, Gorga recommends a weekly date night (“Saturday nights are like church for marriage”) and insists on maintaining open lines of communication and parenting “as a single unit.” Gorga also shares events from her past that led her to meeting Joe, joining the cast of Real Housewives, and beginning her singing career; Joe weighs in as well on meeting Melissa, adjusting to life as a reality TV star, and the male sexual appetite.
