Her students have improved and in many cases resolved and healed their sciatic pain with the approach outlined in this manual. As a bonus the author included stretches for a sore back and relaxation poses. Since publication, the manual has become a resource for yoga teachers, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists and Occupational Therapists. Large 8.5 x 11 format.
