Dr. Kevin Elko is a nationally renowned sports psychologist, performance and career-enhancement consultant, author, and professional motivational speaker. In sports, he has consulted with various successful NFL teams including the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Dallas Cowboys, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Miami Dolphins, and the New Orleans Saints. In college athletics, he has worked with seven BCS National Championship football teams including University of Miami, LSU, University of Alabama, and Florida State University. In the business world, Dr. Elko focuses on helping organizations in the areas of leadership, goal setting, and motivation. His corporate clients have included ING, Tyson Foods, Abbott Labs, LPL Financial, The Hartford, Genworth, Jackson National Life, Pioneer Investments, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Sun Life, among others. Dr. Elko is the author of several books: The Sender: A Story About When Right Words Make All the Difference, Nerves of Steel, The Pep Talk, True Greatness: Mastering the Inner Game of Business Success, and Touchdown: Achieving Your Greatness on the Playing Field of Business and Life. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology education and coaching from California University of Pennsylvania. He received two master’s degrees and a doctorate at West Virginia University and was later inducted into West Virginia University Hall of Fame.

Duane Thompson is passionate about giving people hope and equipping them to believe they can set a new direction for their lives. He is a lawyer and ordained minister. After having practiced at a large, international law firm on Wall Street and served as senior pastor at a 3,500-member congregation in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Duane is currently the senior pastor of Southport United Methodist Church in Indianapolis. He is a graduate of George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C., and Union Theological Seminary in New York City.
