When ten individuals receive a mysterious party invitation to a secluded African campsite, they discover, to their horror that their host -- who never reveals himself -- doesn't have fun and games in mind. Accusing them all of murder, he then proceeds to kill them, one by one, according to the nursery rhyme "Ten Little Indians." And the stranded crew can't stop him -- until they figure out who their tormentor is.
