The Fostered
Overview
After the violent homicide of their parents by their father, twins Madison and Morgan are fostered on a Farm with caring gentle (and aspiring writer) Amy and her harsh and abusive husband Kevin. Kevin and his buddy Matt are skeptical of Morgan and Madison, who they distrust because of their devastating past. Morgan, who carries her doll with her constantly, appears to be a sweet, sensitive and emotional girl, while her twin, Madison, is cold, calculating and cruel. Morgan appears to want to settle into the new home and life with Amy, but Madison is suspicious of Kevin, for his harsh outbursts at his wife. Kevin's relationship with Amy goes from bad to worse, when Amy reveals she has recently become pregnant - something she is thrilled at, and Kevin is deeply uncomfortable with. He makes a case for getting rid of their foster charges, as they now have their own child to think about - something Amy flatly refuses to do. With only so much room in the house... Someone's got to go
