Synopsis:
With the help of a kindly prostitute, her would-be boyfriend, and her Yank-hating grandfather, American Billy Smith scours the Australian Gold Coast hoping to find his missing sister. His journey leads him to sleazy crime boss Howard Fenton and hired killer Charlie Dowd, whose prostitution ring holds the key to the mystery.

Notes:
Film was produced in 1990, but not released in the United States until 1992. "Hurricane Smith" is not to be confused with the 1952 American film of the same name.
