
Overview
Freshman Hodaka Morishima (Brandon Engman) struggles to fit in at his high school and decides to flee his rural hometown to live in Tokyo. Struggling to survive and facing intense loneliness, he finds work as a writer under Keisuke Suga (Lee Pace). While working for Keisuke, Hodaka crosses paths with the unusual Hina Amano (Ashley Boettcher) who reveals her ability to manipulate the weather to Hodaka. Written and directed by Makoto Shinkai.
