Synopsis:
Hoops McCann is a teenage cartoonist who encounters and falls in love with Cassandra, a lovely lady attempting to save her home from a vicious real estate owner. Soon Hoops and his buddy get involved in a plan to thwart the evil proprietor.
This storyline is occasionally interrupted by cartoon sequences, which dramatizes the events taking place.
