Overview
Beneath a scorching hot sun in the post-Civil War Arizona Territory lies the town of Fuerte Viejo, an ancient village struggling to become a mining center. The lone town constable, Edwin Brody, likewise struggles to overcome alcohol and depression. Dressmaker Beverly Harvill runs from a past of her own, even as she assists Brody.
