You can create your account in advance or at Checkout. Here's how:
Create an account in advance by clicking the My Account button on our home page. Under New Customers, click set up a new account. You'll be asked to provide your email and name, and to create a password of at least four characters.

You can also create an account at Checkout. When you've completed your purchase, click Checkout in your Cart and you will be prompted to create an account. Your email address and password provide access to your account. In order to protect the security of your account, we ask you to sign in each time you make a purchase at Booksamillion.com. We may also ask you to sign in after brief periods of inactivity during your shopping session. This can happen if, for example, you have to leave your computer unexpectedly.

If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the sign-in or My Account pages. We'll ask for the original email address that you used to create your account and send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.

To make shopping easier and faster, we save your credit card and billing address information securely. However, if you do not want us to save any of your credit card data, you can uncheck the box to save your credit card information on the Create an Account page, and we will not store your credit card data or your credit card billing address to your account. You will have to reenter this information to make your next purchase.
