Each organization is evaluated in six areas: mission, primary focus, capabilities, religious affiliation, training, and whether or not the organization liaisons with the military. The goal of this project is to develop an analysis to assist EUCOM decision makers in mitigating the duplication of efforts and ensure resources are coordinated and distributed efficiently during disaster-relief efforts.
