So, I have had a crack at developing these a bit further, splitting some up and turning stanzas into full pieces with slightly more relevance to really nothing at all, but entirely relevant at the same time...some I have left in their original form as I liked them just the way they were as I can remember writing them which made me smile. The results are that they may actually be worse now...in a proper poetic sense anyway, as they all more or less read like they've been taken from a madman's diary and then bastardised into further gibberish. I guess that's not that far from the truth. The main thing I wanted to put in this note, as it's now 2023 and I want to have a properly established record of my thoughts as they stand just now, is that I fully understand that this collection of words, that has been spilt from my mind each day over the years in a very cathartic manner, isn't exactly the output I thought I would be happy with as the aim should always be to release your best work (or so they say anyway). For me though, going through all these again, I realised two things...firstly, this was my best work at the time, and secondly, what I truly enjoy is the act of creating. That is the main goal.
