My supervisor said, Why don't you write something worth reading. My first endeavor was, The Mountains I love. Then, over the next thirty years I wrote prose, songs and poetry. Having read some of my poems, Evelyn Boyd, a dear friend, suggested I put them in book form. The result was my first book, Come Walk With Me. This will be my second book, Come Walk With Me Again. Will there be a third? Only my Lord knows for sure. My inspiration for writing poems comes from suggestions, phrases, comments, story endings, observing co-workers in Haiti about loved ones, mountain scenes, pictures, bumper stickers and such. -- From The Author", "item_img_path" : "https://covers1.booksamillion.com/covers/bam/1/50/234/966/1502349663_b.jpg", "price_data" : { "retail_price" : "11.95", "online_price" : "11.95", "our_price" : "11.95", "club_price" : "11.95", "savings_pct" : "0", "savings_amt" : "0.00", "club_savings_pct" : "0", "club_savings_amt" : "0.00", "discount_pct" : "10", "store_price" : "" } }
