The TRISO90 Course : Advanced Strength and Muscle Building with The TRISOmetrics Exercise System.
Overview
The TRISO90 Course is a 90-day/12-week, highly advanced bodybuilding and strength-building course based on the TRISOmetrics exercise system. The TRISOmetric exercise system was invented through research performed by Brian Sterling-Vete whilst at Manchester Polytechnic in the late '70s, and put to practical use when he coached the 4-time World's Strongest Man, Jon Pall Sigmarsson of Iceland, for three of his four title defences. The TRISOmetric exercise system consists of three proven, science-based exercise principles that, when combined, form this highly advanced high-intensity exercise technique. It should be emphasised that this course is not for beginners; it is a pure strength and muscle-building course suitable only for advanced trainers, athletes, and natural bodybuilders who want to get into the best shape possible in the least amount of time. The TRISO90 Course progressively increases in difficulty over the 90-day/12-week period, with routines changing every 2 weeks to keep your muscles constantly challenged and responding to growth. Arrows overlaid on pictures clearly show the direction in which the force/movement should be applied/performed. The TRISO90 Course can be performed with or without equipment, or if desired, with home gym equipment such as the Iso-Bow, the Bullworker, the Steel Bow, the Bow Extension, the Iso-Gym, or similar suspension trainers, as well as with all gym-based heavy exercise equipment. However, for the best results, we recommended the use of some minimum equipment including a screw-end adjustable doorway pull-up bar with foam handgrips, a pair of push-up handles, a length of thick (easy-to-grip) climbing rope, a strong padded footstool, a pair of Iso-Bows(R), a towel, and a stable wooden block that is about 1.5 to 2 inches high (3.81 cm to 5.08 cm), 2 inches wide (5.08 cm), and long enough so that you can easily position your feet shoulder-width apart if required. The isometric exercise system has been successfully trialled and deployed for employees by the National Health Service (NHS) Innovation Team in Greater Manchester, England. The authors, Brian Sterling-Vete and Helen Ren e Wuorio, worked closely with the NHS Innovation Team to create a practical and effective system suitable for virtually anyone, even those who wish to exercise discreetly at work to save valuable after-work time.
