Radhakrishnan "], "item_description" : "Radhakrishnan, an avid traveller and a keen observer believes that the journey is more important than the destination. In life we all face ups and downs, the recent pandemic has brought home to us the uncertainty of life and its transient nature. Poetry is mostly an expression of emotions and feelings. In this small anthology of his poems Radhakrishnan explores the different emotions and feelings that we go through life. Happiness and sorrow are perceptions of the mind to the experiences that we undergo. Radhkrishnan writes simply but with a searing intensity that touches our core. The usage of words is simple and minimal but the images that are conjured up or the emotions expressed are vivid and strike a chord within us. The poetry is profound and layered with emotions and the truth of life. This is truly a poetry of life. These poems make us think and reflect. At times the poetry is dark and brooding reflecting the darker side of life and at other times it soars over troubles to show that life is always abour striving and hope. Read it for its imagery, its emotional quotient and impact.", "item_img_path" : "https://covers4.booksamillion.com/covers/bam/9/79/888/684/9798886841299_b.jpg", "price_data" : { "retail_price" : "14.99", "online_price" : "14.99", "our_price" : "14.99", "club_price" : "14.99", "savings_pct" : "0", "savings_amt" : "0.00", "club_savings_pct" : "0", "club_savings_amt" : "0.00", "discount_pct" : "10", "store_price" : "" } }
