Development of Method for the Synthesis of Bioactive Heterocycles
by Sudhakar Bhusare and Suresh Jadhavar
Overview
Knowing the importance of biologically active heterocycles, we have studied new methods for the synthesis of some bioactive heterocycles using ionic liquid as green catalyst. The synthesized heterocycles were tested for inhibition of cancer cells. The analysis revealed that number of synthesized heterocycles exhibited considerably admirable inhibition activities against MCF7 human Breast cancer cell.
