Dreams may also come from the collective unconscious, a place we all tap into during sleep, which might be compared to a large ocean of human insight and experience we all share. My dreams are a source of inspiration for me, and I enjoy learning about them in relation to my life experiences, personal and spiritual growth, emotions, difficulties and troubles, warnings, lessons, joy and laughter, and accomplishments. I don't feel satisfied with approaching my dreams solely as a dream interpretation exercise, but I find applying these insights to my current life circumstance to be a richly rewarding endeavor. In this book, my objective is to try and discover what my dream animals are telling me about my relationship with myself and my life in light of my spiritual journey.
