End of the Long White Line
Overview
Young Bobby Ray didn't want to be a trucker, but at the end of the long white line, he found that he had accumulated a life story a man could truly treasure.
Soon to be a major motion picture.
Bobby Ray James was born in 1948 in a small, West Wyoming town. While attending the University of Tennessee on a football scholarship and studying to be a sportswriter, a tragic accident took his father's life. Eighteen-year-old Bobby Ray had to take to the road to save the family cattle ranch. Before now, Bobby Ray wanted nothing to do with the ranch, and he especially resisted the thought of becoming a truck driver.
However, he was about to embark on a journey that would span four decades. One filled with love and loss, happiness and sorrow, with both trying and uplifting times. Take a stroll down memory lane with Bobby Ray and see one trucker's life for yourself.
