Music Reviews
Editorial Reviews
Alternative Press (2/97, p.67) - 4 (out of 5) - "...The Promise Ring loosely draw inspiration from `pop punk' formulas...but repeat listens reveal a whittled-down technique in which only the untapped guitar line makes the cut, only the most striking melody gets deemed suitable....remind us that honesty and simplicity are powerful enough to move worlds--and hearts."
