In this new book for men, John Triffitt looks at this stunning epitaph for King David in Acts 13:36, showing how the word served refers to one who rowed below decks in the Roman navy. Before David died, he became an under-rower in God's galley. In each chapter, JT highlights one of seven core values from the life of David, and the life of a Roman sailor, which illustrates how we row in God's galley: OPPORTUNITY, BRAVERY, HUMILITY, INDUSTRY, UNITY, INTEGRITY, DESTINYGod is looking for men whose lives not only echo in the generation after them but resound in the generation in which they live right now. Will you embrace the opportunity of a lifetime in the lifetime of the opportunity? Will you row for God in your generation, serving his purpose?Get in the Galley and Row is the second in a series of small books with big impact.
