Overview
Hepatitis A virus ( other name enterovirus ) is a positive strand RNA virus that cause acute hepatitis disease . It have only one serotype and this virus can be transmission by the fecal oral route . This virus is one of six human hepatitis virus that primarily infect the human liver and cause human illness . Most infection by this virus are in children under age of 6 years . The other cause of hepatitis is autoimmune hepatitis that defined as a progressive inflammatory liver disorder mainly affecting females . It is characterized serologically by high level of transaminases and immunoglobuline G with presence of antibodies, also can be characterized histologically by interface hepatitis with absence of a known etiology . This book is study the correlation of Interleukine-1 and granulocyte macrophage \colony stimulating factors in hepatitis type A patient and those with autoimmune hepatitis in comparing with apparently healthy individuals.
