Synopsis:
"Jack the Ripper" finds the infamous mass murderer walking the streets of London's East End, putting fear into the hearts of the women who live there. Meanwhile, Scotland Yard investigators desperately try to figure out who the maniac is so they can stop his reign of terror. The English police receive help from American detective Sam Lowry, who still finds time to romance Anne Ford -- a social worker that could very well be the madman's next victim. Will the cops close in on the fiend before he strikes again?
