Lamentations
Overview
Lamentations is a story told in two parts about the last remaining men in a small Jewish family living in Los Angeles at the tail end of the 1980's. Rummaging through the lonely alleyways of their life, stonewalled by destiny, Mo and Jacob Dibblensky stand at the crossroads. One, an unemployed junior private investigator. The other, a depressed Holocaust survivor and career criminal. One man driven to improve his life. The other man haunted by the irreversible loss of life. Two men who will be reunited with people once thought to be long lost to the past. Two men who will choose very different acts of desperation in an attempt to bend the hand of fate and change their hindered lives once and for all.
