However, it should be acknowledged that the legal relationships arising from investment agreements share common features that allow them to be grouped together. For example, under an investment contract, one party (the investor) undertakes to invest funds in the construction of a building or sports complex with the aim of subsequently generating a profit, or in the restoration of a cultural heritage site in order to obtain lease incentives for the relevant property (for example, under a concession agreement).
