Editorial Reviews
Rolling Stone (12/1/94, p.124) - 4 Stars - Excellent - "...quest for control over experience and emotion from which Ferry's unsettling new disc...derives its appeal....dense, richly textured art funk -- reflects his meticulous craftsmanship..."
Entertainment Weekly (9/23/94, p.70) - "...Get into a clinch with your favorite someone and enjoy..." - Rating: B+
Q (2/00, pp.99-100) - 3 stars out of 5 - "...having been stylistically frozen by high concept soul....[it] lends Ferry's work a timeless quality....MAMOUNA toys with elements of world music..."
