Descriptive research was used to collect data through observations and informal, semi-structured interviews. The results revealed that evaluation is carried out by heads of department, but is not yet institutionalized. The research used inductive, comparative, bibliographic and field methods. For practical implementation, the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology and tools such as VS Code were adopted, as well as programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, and various frameworks.
