Music Reviews
Editorial Reviews
Rolling Stone - 4 stars out of 5 -- "MANIC is about the here-and-now real world and her fight for a place in it as a young woman."
Entertainment Weekly - "Through a smattering of electro-pop, sparkly ballads, hip-hop, twang, and `90s alt rock, no genre on MANIC is off limits."
Billboard - "[I]t's all unmistakably Halsey, and given the album's stellar performance that's what listeners really want from her anyway."
NME (Magazine) - "[B]y stripping back the stories to their very personal core, Halsey has made a record that is as thrilling as it is vulnerable, and her best effort yet."
Clash (Magazine) - "[A] transparent, soul-baring record that flits effortlessly between wide-ranging genres while keeping the core extremely sharp and personally."
