Yet Barlowe runs his household like the abbey he left behind, treating his boarder-student like one of his lowly novices, endeavoring to teach him about the realities of life. This role-play is complicated by their mutual passion for the same woman, who plays one against the other. As their roles blur and finally dissolve, the men form a crucial bond which ultimately changes the course of both their lives.", "item_img_path" : "https://covers3.booksamillion.com/covers/bam/1/51/873/755/1518737552_b.jpg", "price_data" : { "retail_price" : "14.98", "online_price" : "14.98", "our_price" : "14.98", "club_price" : "14.98", "savings_pct" : "0", "savings_amt" : "0.00", "club_savings_pct" : "0", "club_savings_amt" : "0.00", "discount_pct" : "10", "store_price" : "" } }
