The two Chief Consuls are to complete Phase I of the Great Master Plan for protecting Earth from all malevolent beings existing in other star systems. Since Earth has recently adopted peaceful co-existence, the peoples of this planet are highly susceptible to harmful ways. Until the Peoples of the Sun Star are fully brought into the fold of the Palitanium Galaxy, the mission of the Palatial Society is to ensure their eternal protection.
