Data were randomly collected through institutional records on 100 graduates of a chiropractic college in the Midwest. Stepwise and induced fit multiple regression revealed that a model containing organic II grade, degree status and organic I grade was the best predictor of overall graduate performance. Based on the findings of this study, admissions offices should implement some changes to admissions practices. For instance, the research supports altering admissions procedures to place a heavier weight on organic chemistry grades.
