Music Reviews
Editorial Reviews
Rolling Stone (11/29/90) - 4 Stars - Excellent - "...a technical tour de force...constructed around an extraordinary variety of guitar textures.."
Spin (11/90) - "..The grace of RECYCLER is band members Gibbons, Hill, and Beard drawing more on the sweat-soaked tactics of their pre-digital days...ZZ Top's Kool Kwotient is in their delivery, the sooty groan of Billy Gibbons' and Dusty Hill's voices, the snaky, shuffling beats.."
Q - Included in Q's list of the 50 best albums of 1990.
Musician (1/91, p.92) - "...Less a return to form than a return to formula, this album finds the Texas trio putting its electronics on the back burner (or further back in the mix), and turning up the heat on basic blues'n'boogie...."
