Music Reviews
Editorial Reviews
Rolling Stone - 3 Stars - Good
Down Beat (10/89, pp.30-31) - "...One of the nicest things about this swing through Memory Lane is the way old Mac Rebennack...isn't so respectful of any traditions that he's afraid to slop 'em around, then put his own...stamp on them....Good-natured fun..."
CD Buyer's Guide - wonderfully bluesy piano & likably gruff vocals
