The Slippery Truth
Overview
Life hasn't given much to Sadeep. His immigrant dream has turned into a nightmare. His professional degree has become a liability. He has given up. He stands at the edge of Niagara Falls contemplating his fate when a voice of reason saves him.
The voice turns out to be that of a ghost. He is a ghost like no other. He is smart, witty, and scholarly. What he is not is scary. It is a problem for him. He is struggling to stay relevant. Ghosts have become a source of entertainment and ridicule. The fear of ghosts is disappearing fast and so are they. He comes up with a plan to bring back the glory days of ghosts.
He realizes that humans may not fear ghosts, but they certainly fear the truth. He decides to use truth as a weapon and plans to fire it from the shoulders of Sadeep; whoever speaks to Sadeep shall speak the truth and only the truth. It is a chance for Sadeep to redeem himself and he takes it. Both join forces to scare those who are most afraid to speak the truth: the rich and the powerful. It's a journey where resistance is expected, and persistence is rewarded.
