Synopsis:
A 19-year-old girl flees the drudgery of her working-class New Jersey home with the idea of becoming a rock star in the urban wilds of New York City. After losing her job and getting evicted from her rathole apartment, her prospects look dim, but she refuses to abandon her dream, even at the behest of a van-dwelling Vermonter who wants to take her away from the Big Apple stink.
