Synopsis:
A haunting tale of sexual awakening based on Joyce Carol Oates' short story "Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been?" Fifteen-year-old Connie and her girlfriends spend their long summer days hanging out in the shopping mall trying to pick up boys. Provocatively dressed, in skimpy shorts and halter top, the blonde, flirtatious Connie manages to attract the attention of a sinister, older stud. Things take a menacing turn when the man drops by Connie's house one day while her parents are gone. Suddenly adulthood is a lot closer -- and scarier -- than the restless teen ever imagined.
