It is a set of self-directed mind-body practices and techniques that offer unique health benefits. Grounded in the theoretical foundations of yin-yang, the five elements, zang-fu viscera, meridians, and essence-qi-spirit, TCM exercises employ the techniques of body regulation (tiao shen), breath regulation (tiao xi), and mind regulation (tiao xin) to strengthen the body's defensive qi and eliminate pathogenic factors, thereby restoring a harmonious state of mind and body. In doing so, they contribute to disease prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and health maintenance. The central objective of this book is to identify the appropriate indications and the advantageous disease spectrum of TCM exercises, based on elucidating the connotation and extension of TCM qigong and clinical research evidence on the practice of TCM exercises in populations with different diseases and patterns (syndromes). The book is divided into three parts: General Introduction, Specific Diseases and Syndromes, and Specific Exercises. The General Introduction briefly traces the academic development history of TCM exercises, analyzes current trends and focal points in contemporary clinical research on TCM exercises, and presents their historical origins and developmental trajectory. The Specific Diseases and Syndromes section adopts an evidence-based medicine approach, systematically collecting clinical research evidence on TCM exercises for 15 conditions, including knee osteoarthritis, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, depression, anxiety, insomnia, cancer, and accidental falls. Based on evidence analysis and evaluation, this section presents the current best research evidence. The Specific Exercises section elaborates in detail on the evidence-based indications for six commonly used TCM exercises: Baduanjin, Yijinjing, Wuqinxi, Liuzijue, Relaxation Gong, and Taijiquan. 中医功法是中华传统医学非药物疗法的代表之一,是一种可以发挥独特健康保健作用的自我身心锻炼的技术和方法。中医功法以阴阳、五行、藏象、经络、精气神等为理论基础,通过调身、调息、调心技术,扶正祛邪,调节人体身心和谐状态,从而实现疾病预防、治疗、康复和保健。本书核心思想是在阐述中医气功的内涵和外延和不同病证人群练习中医功法的临床研究证据的基础上,分析 中医功法的适宜病证和优势疾病谱。 全书分概论、病证篇、功法篇三部分。概论部分,梳理中医功法学术发展简史,分析当代中医功法临床研究的发展趋势和关注热点,展现中医功法的历史渊源与发展脉络;病证篇,从循证医学角度,围绕膝骨关节炎、高血压、慢性阻塞性肺病、糖尿病、抑郁、焦虑、失眠、癌症、意外跌倒等15个病证展开中医功法临床研究证据的系统性搜集,并在证据分析与评价的基础上,呈现当前最佳研究证据;功法篇,详细阐述八段锦、易筋经、五禽戏、六字诀、放松功和太极拳六种常用中医功法基于临床研究证据的适宜病证。", "item_img_path" : "https://covers3.booksamillion.com/covers/bam/7/54/786/948/7547869483_b.jpg", "price_data" : { "retail_price" : "30.99", "online_price" : "30.99", "our_price" : "30.99", "club_price" : "30.99", "savings_pct" : "0", "savings_amt" : "0.00", "club_savings_pct" : "0", "club_savings_amt" : "0.00", "discount_pct" : "10", "store_price" : "" } }
