Overview
Charles takes his horses to sell in New Orleans. After a successful sale, Charles returns to find his racehorse had been abused in his absence. The horse had been ridden and beaten with a crop and was bleeding and barely able to stand.
Charles files a complaint with the racing committee, and while completing paperwork for his complaint, Charles is notified that his horse collapses and dies.
A lawsuit follows, and the ones responsible for the horse's death meet with a hitman to arrange to have Charles and his attorney killed, forcing Charles to take drastic steps to protect his family.
After dealing with these radicals, Charles discovers the man's ex-wife is known as The Witch Of Wakefield. They find bodies buried in her garden and begin to realize they are dealing with a crazed serial killer.
