She obtained a Master's degree in World Politics and Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2003. After university, she worked in external liaison for a large state-owned enterprise, participating in negotiations for several major petrochemical introduction projects and serving as the lead interpreter. She joined Shell in 1995, and over the subsequent 26-plus years, held senior leadership roles in marketing and public relations for the Asia-Pacific region and global businesses, working in China, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Singapore. With nearly 30 years of international PR实战 experience, she is proficient in reputation and brand management. For many years, she led Asia-Pacific teams and global projects, recruited across more than a dozen countries in the Asia-Pacific region, and cultivated and led diverse PR teams. She has received multiple international recognitions and awards, achieving numerous firsts throughout her career. In April 2022, she joined the World Energy Council, responsible for the Council's affairs in Asia, including enhancing the Council's visibility, attracting more Asian companies to join the World Energy Council's global system, and promoting a people-centered energy transition. She concurrently serves as a Director on the Asia-Pacific PR Leadership Professional Council of The Conference Board (TCB), a Board Director of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Singapore), and an advisor to social enterprises focused on sustainable development. Her interests include sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and leadership. She has also mentored and coached young professionals for many years. She is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
