It systematically traces the globalization journey of Huawei-its birth, growth, transformation, accumulation, and refinement-through the three dimensions of internationalization in technology, market, and management. The book provides an in-depth analysis of the underlying business logic, driving forces, and corporate cultural DNA, and points out that the key to Huawei's global success lies in sending its people abroad. It offers a panoramic account of the collective efforts of generations of Huawei employees working overseas and how they successfully navigated various international challenges. It tells their life stories, thoughts, and emotions in foreign lands-making the book not only a people-centered corporate history but also a management textbook with a human touch. The book is based on a systematic study of tens of millions of words of detailed records, including nearly 10,000 articles published in over 800 issues of Huawei's two internal newspapers (Huawei People and Management Optimization) over the past three decades, Ren Zhengfei's internal and external speeches and discussions, and transcripts of interviews with Chinese and international media. The book is divided into two parts. The first part chronicles Huawei's globalization history from three perspectives: the international development and collaboration of technology, the expansion and deepening of overseas markets, and the building of international management systems. It also analyzes and discusses the external environmental factors and internal driving forces behind Huawei's international development. The second part recounts the collective struggles and life experiences of generations of Huawei employees working abroad. It describes how Huawei as an organization solved employees' basic needs-food, shelter, and transportation-overseas; how its employees in harsh regions embodied the hard work spirit and coped with diseases, wars, and natural disasters; and how, with a strong capacity for learning, they overcame language and cultural differences abroad to learn, master, and apply international rules of the game. This book is highly valuable for readers who wish to objectively understand Huawei's globalization journey and achievements, as well as to learn from its experiences, lessons, and management practices in global development. 本书以任正非1992年底首次出国赴美考察先进技术为始,从技术、市场和管理的国际化三个方向,系统梳理华为全球化发展生、长、化、收、藏的历程和关键事件,深度分析其内在的业务逻辑、驱动力和企业文化密码,指出华为全球化成功的关键在于让人走出去,并全景式书写华为数代出海员工的集体奋斗以及如何成功应对国际化种种挑战,讲述他们在异国他乡的人生故事和思想情感,既是一部以人为本的公司发展史,也是一部有人味儿的管理教科书。 全书基于华为两报(《华为人》和《管理优化》)近三十年来刊发的八百多期近万篇文章、任正非的内外部讲话和座谈、中外媒体采访纪要等数千万字的翔实记录,经系统研究而成。 本书分为上下两篇,上篇是华为的全球化发展史,分别从技术的国际化开发合作、海外市场的拓展", "item_img_path" : "https://covers4.booksamillion.com/covers/bam/7/30/031/481/7300314813_b.jpg", "price_data" : { "retail_price" : "42.99", "online_price" : "42.99", "our_price" : "42.99", "club_price" : "42.99", "savings_pct" : "0", "savings_amt" : "0.00", "club_savings_pct" : "0", "club_savings_amt" : "0.00", "discount_pct" : "10", "store_price" : "" } }
