The goal? To smash your personal best, improve your endurance and overall fitness, and participate in your first race.
What is an Ironman? In triathlon parlance, Ironman is the name given to one of the longest formats in the discipline. Covering a total distance of 226 kilometers, it consists of a 3.8 km swim, a 180.2 km bike ride, and a marathon (42.195 km run).
